

Service Levels
As all of our clients have different needs we have found it helpful to establish three basic levels of service. These are not intended as rigid ‘categories’; rather they are broad ‘templates’ which can then be refined to meet your specific requirements.
| Essential Service | Initial in depth meeting to discuss your financial situation and agree on areas for review. | |

| Occasional meetings to discuss developments in your circumstances requiring new or amended advice – usually annually. | ||
| Remuneration either by commission, fee basis or a combination of both. | ||
This service is designed for clients who have a small number of financial considerations, or only wish us to advise on a few, specific elements of your financial planning.
| Extended Service | Initial in depth meeting to discuss your financial situation and agree on areas for review. | Initial recommendations. | Regular meetings to discuss developments in your circumstances requiring new or amended advice. | Portfolio updates provided half yearly or on request. | Remuneration either by commission, a fee basis or a combination of both. |
This service is designed for clients who have a large number of financial considerations or who choose to have most of their financial business with us.
| Comprehensive Service | Initial in depth meeting to discuss your financial situation and agree on areas for review. | Initial recommendations. | Frequent personal client meetings, on request. | Portfolio updates provided quarterly, or on request. | Courtesy calls to coincide with notable dates in your financial calendar, including year end, ISA season etc. | On-going remuneration is by way of an agreed monthly payment – minimum £250. |
This service is designed for clients who have an extensive portfolio or place all their financial business with us.
