As all of our clients have different needs we have found it helpful to establish three basic levels of service. These are not intended as rigid categories rather they are broad templates which can then be refined to meet your specific requirements.

Essential Service Annual face-to-face meetings to reaffirm your goals and objectives.
Annual meetings to review and implement any changes to investments, this to include a review of asset allocation, attitude to risk, portfolio valuation and provide a plan for the year ahead.

This service is designed for clients who have a small number of financial considerations, or only wish us to advise on a few, specific elements of your financial planning.

Extended Service Regular face-to-face meetings, say twice a year, to reaffirm your goals and objectives.
Access to our bespoke asset allocation models.
Regular meetings to review and implement any changes to investments, this to include a review of asset allocation, attitude to risk, portfolio valuation and provide a plan for the year ahead.
Portfolio updates provided half yearly or on request.
Access to our client team who will respond and deal with ad hoc queries.
Assistance with completion of self-assessment return.

This service is designed for clients who have a large number of financial considerations or who choose to have most of their financial business with us.

Comprehensive Service Frequent meetings to review and implement any changes to investments, this to include a review of asset allocation, attitude to risk, portfolio valuation and provide a plan for the year ahead.
Access to our bespoke asset allocation models.
Additional client meetings on request.
Portfolio updates provided quarterly, or on request.
Courtesy calls to coincide with notable dates in your financial calendar, including tax year end, ISA season, etc.

This service is designed for clients who have an extensive portfolio or place all their financial business with us.
